2. Services

RuckRoyale Barber Dubai provides premium barbering and grooming services, including haircuts, beard trims, hot towel shaves, and grooming packages. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments

  • Booking: Appointments may be booked through ruckroyale.com, by phone, or in person.
  • Cancellation: 24-hour notice required. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  • No-Show: No-shows may be charged before future bookings.
  • Late Arrival: 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling and may be subject to fees.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due immediately after service completion.
  • We accept cash and major debit/credit cards.
  • All prices listed on ruckroyale.com are in AED and may change without notice.
  • Promotions and gift cards follow their respective rules.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds cannot be issued once a service has been provided. If you are unhappy with the result, contact us within 24 hours to request a complimentary adjustment.

6. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to:

  • Show respect to staff and other customers
  • Arrive on time
  • Communicate allergies or sensitivities
  • Follow in-shop hygiene and safety standards

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, under the influence, or posing a risk.

7. Health and Safety

  • Inform us of allergies, skin conditions, or concerns before service.
  • We sterilize all tools and follow strict hygiene practices.
  • If unwell, clients must reschedule.
  • We comply with UAE health and safety regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

RuckRoyale Barber Dubai is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or reputation, arising from use of our services or website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ruckroyale.com, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of RuckRoyale Barber Dubai. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reuse of content is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy
